Dr. Raj Patel, M.D.
Dr. Patel is a board certified fellowship trained interventional pain physician. He completed his bachelor of science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison graduating with honors. Dr. Patel then attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Following medical school, Dr. Patel completed both his internship and residency in anesthesiology at the University of Michigan during which time he published in a peer reviewed journal. Dr. Patel continued his training completing his fellowship in interventional pain medicine at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Patel has presented numerous times at national meetings including the American Society of Anesthesiology annual meeting. Dr. Patel has wide ranging interests in interventional pain medicine including cervical spine disorders, Botox for headaches, post laminectomy syndrome, lumbar spine arthropathy, herniated disc disease, complex regional pain syndrome and spinal cord stimulation. Standing as a leader among pain management physicians he has significant experience treating a broad array of complex pain disorders.
